Free prototype terms

Last updated 31 Oct 2026

These terms cover your free prototype: what you get, what we ask, and how either of us can stop. Building your app is a separate project, with its own price and written agreement.

What’s free

We shape your idea with you and make a clickable prototype of your app’s main screens and flows, on phone, laptop or both. It’s a prototype: it doesn’t store real data, take payments or run for your customers.

No catch

No card, nothing to sign and nothing to buy afterwards. If you’d like it built, we quote it first and you decide.

Either of us can stop

You can stop at any time; just tell us. We make a few prototypes each week, so we may ask you to wait for a start date. We can say “not now” before we start, or stop once we’ve started (for example after 14 days with no reply, or if the idea is illegal or harmful), always with a short note. You keep what’s been made so far, and nothing is owed either way.

It’s yours

Your idea, your content and your prototype’s screens are yours to keep and show. We keep our own tools and building blocks, and may reuse general parts of them that don’t identify you or your idea.

Private

We don’t share your idea or show your prototype to anyone without your OK.

AI helps us make it

We use AI services to make your prototype, so what you share passes through them under their terms. Please don’t share passwords or your customers’ personal data.

Not advice

A prototype isn’t legal, medical or financial advice, and it doesn’t check that your idea is allowed where you plan to sell it.

Your details

We use your details only for your prototype and to talk with you about it, and delete them when you ask. Our Privacy Policy has the rest.
