When you get in touch, you trust us with a little about you and your idea. Here’s how we look after it.

What we collect

Our project form collects your name, email, what you’re building, your project’s stage and when you need it. You can also share a link and how you heard about us.

We keep the campaign details in the page address, a referral code if there is one, and the page that sent you here. We use session storage in your browser to keep those details while you visit. We do not use advertising cookies.

Personal invitations

If we invite you by email, your private link lets us see whether you open the page, play the film, how much of it you watch, and whether you start or send the form. We use this to follow up on your interest. These events are stored with your name and email, and may trigger a private team alert. We also keep who we contacted, our draft, when we sent it and whether they replied. You can ask us to delete these details.

The private team workspace uses a secure sign-in cookie that lasts 30 days. It is used only for team access.

Why we collect it

We use your details to reply, understand your project and see where enquiries come from. We do not sell your information or add you to a marketing list because you filled in the form.

Where it is kept

Applications are stored in a private file on the server running this website. The HQ team can access them. If team alerts are enabled, the application details are also sent to our private Telegram chat. Your IP address is used temporarily to limit spam, and is not saved in your application.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while we’re discussing your project and for follow-up. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time. If you become a customer, we agree how project information is handled in writing.

Ask a question or request deletion

Write to hello@runswithhq.com from the email you used in the form. We’ll help you access, correct or delete your information.
